All because of no Guacamole is why they lost me as a customer?
This one Mexican restaurant, in Albany, Ga was referred to me by one of my clients. I got a taco salad no meat, and extra guac with an order of fries. Very delicious it was.
I order there a few times. Day before yesterday I ordered my regular meal Taco Salad and fries.
Now two days before I wanted to ordered the same this time with no fries, because their fryer was down. Oh well.
So back to the day before yesterday, I ordered my same meal and they didn’t have no guac. I kept the order but was appalled that they didn’t have guac. A mexican with no guac, whaaaat? How? You can go to Publix and get some avocados and make some home made guac.
I was referred to another Mexican restaurant by another client that heard my upsetness.
This other restaurant is outstanding. I ordered the same and it’s even better. Their drinks are outstanding too. The presentation of the food and tastiness are above par.
This new Mexican restaurant is on my list to order from again and again. The name of this outstanding restaurant will be revealed at the end. I ordered their nachos fully loaded no meat or cheese and again, outstanding.
So that first restaurant lost me as a customer yet they were OK. I had a couple of other displeasing interactions with them but wasn’t enough to say “You lost me”, yet the no guac was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
