Before I read this, here's my answer. Although I run 25 miles a week that's 5 miles a day for 5 days. Stop running to lose weight maybe to protect your knees. I'm a boxer so we need to eat healthy and get that road work in. Gas tank got to be full to fight. I will read the article now. 😆👍🏾👌🏾
