Episode one: PAIN

Inside a dimly lit room is a few candles, a picture of a little boy and girl on the floor and a man, CURTIS, who look like hell, rough hairy face, dirty and sad looking, on his knees in a praying position with a 45 caliber gun in front of him. Tears run down his face as he looks up at the ceiling, taking a few deep breaths. We can hear his heart beating, racing like African drums. He picks up the picture of the kids and kiss both children.

In front of the courthouse, people are leaving while, a clean looking Curtis exits behind them . The same two children from the picture exits with a woman, Melody and another man KENNETH. The kids are happy to see Curtis but Melody and Kenneth keeps…
