Trying to make it work when it’s apparently over, that is challenge in itself. Denial takes a heavy dose of control over believing it’s over and rational thinking is at an all time low. The next part in grieving after a long marathon of listening to spirituals songs, slowly questioning your faith.

Why? When you pray so long and not getting the answers and or the situations you want, you just move on to this….

Seeing things differently, looking to blame others for the fail. Not looking at oneself as a part of the decline of the relationship or knowing that your love is failing to see their fault in this. Where’s God? Jesus help me! Cries of depression, and hoping for Jesus to hear. Listening spirituals 6 and 7 hours straight to help heal a self inflicted wounded soul. Being that your belief has been abundantly challenged and confirmed to the point where you thought “my worship is forreal” and to get harsh reality of life. That eye opener, still confused of the actual situation that you’re grieving is what it is and the struggle with religion’s disconnect to your wants and needs at the time you need it.

Now it’s the soul search for something to nurture your feelings. Social media era folks if an extrovert release feelings online numerous was 1st or 3rd person writings, memes and emoticons. Introverts can keep pain bottled in and or release it in self pity that can be satisfying to others or destroy to them self.

Never giving up you just let go and let GOD. And wait…..

And wait…

The answer is in YOU, God.

Amen.

A man, a woman need to read this.

Stand up and conquer your fear.
