Hello I’m Dino Wells from Chicago, lllinois. raised partly in New Orleans & part Eufaula Alabama, grew up without a father mostly.

I had a challenging up bringing for the most part. Just surviving the projects alone with a strick woman that’s called mother, who was an over protective woman that led my curiosity to know what she was protecting me from. After years of going back and forth with the woman called mother, I was finally kicked out, on my own, left to live with a man known as father. That’s another challenge because he was open to give me some freedom to run a muck, and that I did. Getting into things I shouldn’t have, seen things no young man should ever encounter, and to survive the rigorous streets of Chicago’s Southside, I thought it was normal to be part of the problem.

The problem was myself not seeing the signs of hope right before me. I’ve been blessed to meet a few Buddhist throughout my life, but never took the time to learn and understand what Buddhism is all about until years later.

My boxing career long since passed, acting career on stalemate, relationships with family, ex’s and friends in disarray. And I was on the borderline of suicide, living on edge and suffering from what my psychiatrist call Extreme PTSD.
