Why Greyhound is the shittiest bus service ever? Part one
Let’s say you get a round trip ticket for $333.69 and your trip is 24 hours. You get picked up at 8:25pm from a gas station and take a 3 hour trip to your first change over. Within those 3 hours the bus made 2 quick stops and the bus driver is a dick.
Why? Because someone blew up the restroom at the back of the bus. People had to use the restroom and wanted to go use it at the gas station stopped at. The bus driver in an aggressive manner tells the passengers we don’t have time, get on the bus.
Those passengers are upset at how they were spoken to.
Now at first changing stop is a delay. All you get is there’s a delay. You get no other information. The website tells you it’s a delay and you can change routes but it won’t allow you to change routes and you’re forced to sit the delay out. Hours pass by and still no bus. The funny thing is your change over bus comes but goes on a completely different route.
You inquire about the delay and no real answers are given. Mostly brush off answers, non sympathetic responses and just nasty attitude.
